The Air Wing of the Equatorial Guinea National Guard numbers around 100 men
(according to http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/7221.htm)
and operates a small number of planes and helicopters. Cochrane and Elliott
(1998) [c2e98], reports that it uses the
National Flag as
